"I tasted the 2016 Finolis, even though I couldn't find the vintage on the label; I guess it's the same unnamed wine I tasted before when it was unbottled. It feels quite like a young Fino, with 14.5% natural alcohol through sun drying the grapes from their oldest vines in the Dos Mercedes Vineyard in the Pago Carrascal. It matured in 600-liter oak casks that were not topped up and developed a veil of flor yeasts for 4.5 years. 5,600 0.5-liter bottles were filled in June 2021."
