Borja Pérez Viticultor, Artífice 2019 expresa toda la fuerza del paisaje volcánico de la zona, buena frescura, serio y equilibrado.
Elaborado con Listán Negro de diferentes zonas de la comarca, fermentado parte en hormigón y parte en acero inoxidable.
Artífice es un proyecto artesanal liderado por el joven viticultor tinerfeño Borja Pérez de 33 años. Su objetivo trasciende el de una marca de vinos al uso y busca ser todo un homenaje a los agricultores que históricamente han mantenido la tradición vitivinícola en Canarias.

"The red Listán Negro 2019 Artífice Tinto was produced with grapes from eight different vineyards, altitudes and soils. It fermented in stainless steel and concrete with some stems and uncrushed grapes, and the wine matured in 500-liter oak barrels and oak foudres for one year. The 2019s tend to be lower in alcohol (12.1%) and with good freshness, serious and balanced. It has the telltale aromas of the variety. From 2017 onwards, he has used a lot of stems (75%+), and the wines have more finesse and fine tannins that add to the structure. It has a velvety palate and great purity of flavors. I really liked it. 7,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2021."
